Payments once made confirm your booking and agreement to receive the service as per the scheduled time and format. It is your responsibility to ensure that correct payment details are provided and that the transaction is completed successfully.
2. Cancellation Policy
Users are allowed to cancel a booked consultation session prior to the scheduled appointment time. Cancellation requests must be made within a reasonable time before the session begins to be considered valid.
If a cancellation request is made after the consultation has already started or after the scheduled time has passed, it may not be accepted. PhysioA2Z reserves the right to determine the validity of cancellation requests based on timing and circumstances.
3. Refund Policy
As a general rule, consultation fees are non-refundable once the consultation has been conducted or services have been delivered. This is because the service involves professional time, expertise, and personalised guidance.
However, in exceptional or genuine cases—such as technical failures, inability to deliver the service, or errors on our part—refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.
Approved refunds, if any, will be processed within 5 to 7 working days and credited back through the original payment method or an appropriate alternative, depending on the situation.
4. Service Delivery Policy
PhysioA2Z provides consultation services primarily through online modes such as chat, video calls, or other digital communication methods. The exact mode of consultation may vary depending on availability and the nature of the service.
We aim to respond to consultation requests and queries within 24 to 48 hours, although response times may vary depending on workload, availability, and complexity of the case.
Users are required to provide accurate, complete, and honest information regarding their health condition, medical history, symptoms, and reports to ensure effective consultation. Any incorrect or incomplete information may affect the quality and accuracy of the advice provided, for which PhysioA2Z shall not be held responsible.
5. Limitation of Service
Consultation services provided through PhysioA2Z are limited to online assessment and guidance. They do not replace physical examination, emergency care, or hospital-based treatment. Users are advised to seek in-person medical attention when necessary.
